Il Nonno is the City of Westminster's newest offering to all of London.

Il Nonno is a combination of love and desire with a touch of Sicilian secrets with a spicy Brazilian touch.

We are arriving throughout Greater London with homemade Traditional Fresh Italian Pasta made by the authentic Italian Chef and graduate in Sicilian cuisine Chef Dario Calamia and his Brazilian Sous Chef Morgana Arantes who leave the filling of our Tortellone full of flavor.

The main objective of Il Nonno is to provide PASTA lovers with the best taste sensation to finish the preparation as you prefer in your home for yourself and/or with family, friends as you prefer.

With Il Nonno you become a starred chef.

We select the best ingredients from the best local suppliers and producers and achieve the level and quality fresh, traditional and artisanal produce now available to pre-order and collect in Pimlico and Victoria Station.

Chef tips

These are some sauce and combination tips

  • Papardeli - Let your imagination go, this pasta is very versatile as it is a flat pasta so it goes well with bolognese, vegetables with tomato sauce, etc.


  • Ravioli - boiled and ready, butter and sage or if you want a thicker sauce, tomato sauce and basil which, in addition to the flavor, leaves a wonderful smell.


  • Tortelone - This one doesn't even need a sauce with so much flavor inside, follow the tip: butter, onion (shallot), mushrooms, a little wine, cream and thyme, something milder, cream and sage.

I come from the paradise island of Sicily, since I was a child with my grandmother I learned how to make traditional homemade fresh pasta.

Due to the teachings and inspiration I have from my grandmother, I cultivated and bring with me all the love for pasta, cooking and seeing others eating and being satisfied with what was served.

I am a Chef of traditional Italian recipes by training and specializing in English, Greek, Brazilian and Cuban cuisine.

I love enhancing simple flavors with seasonings and techniques that make dishes unique.

Il Nonno LTD was developed after years of work in the best Italian restaurants and Greater London and after the daily pressure that the standard kitchen offers, we decided to invest in our dream of continuing to cook in a relaxed way.

This is how we created Il Nonno Private Chef, a space where we create our varied menu and pre-agreed with the customer. Flexibility that allows us to cook and have direct contact with our customers, building memories providing you with the experience of being served in the extreme comfort of your home.
